I question the same. Either hospital supply chains were incompetent or underfunded (or both). Perhaps sacrificed on the recent trend of “lean” in the healthcare system.
- woofie11 6y agoWe've seen incompetence within all of our power structures. It turned out the $10 million/year CEOs aren't quite competent. The same for most of the other rich/powerful.
