I just got one of those NUCs. The network device is annoying - I couldn't get it to work on debian stable, but it is supported in Debian testing thanks to kernel 5.5 I also had problems with the HDMI video - It didn't work with the hdmi->dvi cable I got with either of my spare monitors, nor did it work with my TV and the existing hdmi cable I had there. I did get it to work by borrowing the hdmi cable from a friends htc vive.
