Even with reports like these, I think it will be tough to convince managers that are set in their ways to open up to allowing their employees to work remotely. While anecdotal, most companies seem to have approached the current state of affairs as a mild inconvenience that will be gone soon, and aren't looking to keep remote work an option going forward, even though it's working out well, which is a shame.
