Apparently, if they get laid off rather than fired, time served is the ranking system. Seriously, though, I've seen schools where teachers are evaluated like college professors - by students. Seems to be at least a partial solution.

Then you have GREAT teachers getting crappy rankings from students who don't want to be challenged. College is different as people are there on their own accord.

    I understood the word. I just don't think I'd like that even being a "partial" part of the solution. Do you remember yourself and your peers in middle and high school? Heck, I do, haha.
