I've got vitamin D deficiency (gastric sleeve surgery)... usually forget my supplement. Been taking it religiously for a month... hope that helps if I get it (obese + sleep apnea + 40 are my only co-morbidities -that and I do get bronchitis a lot had it earlier in the spring from nasal drip.)
