Chase has been horrible all around for the past weeks for even basic business banking. Many links that don’t work, customer service numbers that are incorrect, policies & procedures stated that are incorrect, and escalation processes that add further delays to getting time sensitive decisions like PPP. I’ve had to spend countless hours for things that took me minutes to do with AmEx + local credit union.
