Submitted to PNC (here near Pittsburgh) the day it opened, got bounced a few days later with slightly incomplete form filling. I stupidly dragged my feet in re-submitting, given all the steps required. Finally got it re-submitted yesterday, just as they announced the well's run dry. PNC kindly got back to me today (via phone) and had me add one more piece of missing info, in readiness for the next wave of funding (if that happens). Now I wonder if I had responded immediately last week if it might have made it under the wire. I guess who knows?
