You are right that it's not sorted by layoff date first -- I thought that because the Opendoor layoffs were 4/16 and the Uber ones 3/26, but then there are some ones with no date from Uber included. Maybe it's by Company with companies with more recent layoffs first? Why am I looking at this lol.....
