You can wash or disinfect your hands because the top layer of the skin is not living tissue.
- coldtea 7y agoAnd you disinfect your mouth because disinfecting doesn't mean killing your mouth/tongue tissue. There are several mouthwashes on the market with antibacterial/antiviral properties, dentists do the same, etc...
