  If there were content then there would be points to argue against. This is the same vein of response I'd get from Obama, or really any politician who has every word they say picked apart by a dozen staffers trying to make sure the decision that's already been made stays made while not saying anything that will cause blowback. Mild, uninformative, intentionally misunderstanding the problem.
