- throwaway894345 7y agoThe parent was talking about LCD vs CRT displays. The parent is confusing throughput (240 frames/second) with latency.
- jdc 7y agoIt's not throughput if the 240 refreshes per second are evenly-spaced apart in time. It's a polling rate and it absolutely effects responsiveness.
