Flour goes bad in <8 months. I hope your using a pound a day.
- irrational 7y agoI do go through a lot of it. My hobby is baking. The day after I got home I made 2 2-lb loaves with my mother starter.
- BenjiWiebe 7y agoYou might be able to freeze it. My mother stores some lesser used flours in her freezer, i.e. maseca, corn meal, almond flour.
