I have some bad news for you. As you become a more senior developer you will spend most of your time interacting with people, and a lot less time just "sitting and thinking".
- perl4ever 7y agoI don't think it's just a pattern that's imposed on people arbitrarily, but that most people find as they get older they want and need to do more of that sort of thing.
- asdfman123 7y agoI'm happy to talk tech with people all day, and if it's over Slack it's great. I just don't like meetings and superficial interactions.
