There is an obvious pushback for hydroxychloroquine. Something that was used for more than 50 years should've been widely adopted by now but there is not enough money to be made (and let's not forget political issues). I'm sure when vaccine arrives it'll be "safe and effective" and widely used around the world from day one - no questions asked.
