- capableweb 7y agoIndeed, as intent matters a lot. If the page didn't show the full article but rather just a snippet and then said "This page could have been X while it's actually X", then the intent is just to show the size difference. But in this case, the intent is to show the full article without anything else, so most likely copyright infringement.
