I wouldn't advise getting mixed up with a Narcissist ever. You'll lose more than you'll gain. Have you seen the movie depiction of Hitler in the bunker? That's how I think the end game plays out (at its most extreme.) I'd try and find environments that haven't given rise to narcissists. If you want to excel, it won't come from being hijacked. Maybe if you were a butler or servant to a monarch or dictator, it could help you avoid death or poverty. Just try and get out of there.
