I have called myself a normie before. Is that sufficient?
- narag 7y agoSo in this context you wouldn't? Not trying to be snarky, just explaining why some people will find it derogatory, some other wouldn't.
- lliamander 7y agoFair question. Relative to the Urbit community I am probably a "normie" in the sense that I am neither a user of Urbit nor do I have a deep understanding of what Urbit is (though I do have a general idea). Let's just say that my reaction to this article title was "Oh, this could be helpful to me!" and I was rather shocked at the negative reaction in the comments.
