You can keep a local Borg repository (https://www.borgbackup.org https://www.borgbackup.org) and copy it anywhere in the cloud with something like https://rclone.org https://rclone.org.
To quote the website, BorgBackup gives you:
- Space efficient storage of backups.
- Secure, authenticated encryption.
The encryption is performed on your machine, and you don't need any special features from the provider(s) beyond simply storing a lot of small chunks.
