You were talking in favor of pulmonary hypertension and now you’ve shifted. And you’re pushing vitamin deficiencies as some cause-all. I’m not continuing this discussion with you.
- podgaj 7y agojames, I see you are a "cardiology fellow at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and a research fellow in cardiovascular genetics at the Broad Institute in Cambridge, MA." Do you think you are talking to a nobody? I interfaced with some of your colleagues. So i cannot understand your reaction to my diusucssing zinc because the Broad Institute is creating a pro-drug that is in fact zinc to treat diabetes. Or as they put it "Going all metal on diabetes" https://www.broadinstitute.org/news/research-roundup-march-20-2020 https://www.broadinstitute.org/news/research-roundup-march-2... Hey, isn't there a connection between diabetes and heart disease? James, you are not a researcher, you are a serial capitalist. That you cannot see that the link between zinc and COVID is a possibility means that you are probably just stealing my ideas. But hey, that is where science is these days. And for those who wish to believe the nonsense that zinc plays no role in CVD, please read this: https://www.nature.com/articles/aps201825 https://www.nature.com/articles/aps201825 The association between zinc deficiency and the development of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) has been supported by numerous studies. Supplementing zinc can reduce the risk of atherosclerosis and protect against myocardial infarction and ischemia/reperfusion injury.
