- Gibbon1 7y agoI remember 50 years ago my dad worked for TRW. He got a call after dinner. And for some reason took me with him to work. I know now that his NASTRAN job had died. But as a 7 year old had no idea. I just remember walking in to the deserted windowless TRW building and my dad flipping on the IBM vector display, running a batch of cards and suddenly the Game of Life on the display. I was mesmerized.
