Not sure I would use `print` if I was redesigning it. But, of course, its ingrained in countless languages.

Not sure I would use `print` if I was redesigning it. But, of course, its ingrained in countless languages.
- tomcam 7y agoMay I ask why? To me print is one of the loveliest, most intuitive of concepts in BASIC. I'm guessing it's because there's normally no actual printer involved? Maybe replace it with "text" or something?

- erezsh 7y ago'write' is probably a better term for that
