Unfortunately most companies don't know any better that it is not the job of a PM to "invent" a whole bunch of features that may or may not work.
- bmmccarthy 6y agoIf a roadmap is a list of committed features, yeah, it's useless. A roadmap should be a clear articulation of your product vision and the problems to be solved to get there, not what you think today are the solutions. This is called a "thematic" roadmap or an "outcomes" roadmap.
