- rbanffy 7y agoThe odds that their actual problem is COBOL code and not mismanagement are vanishingly small. That said, if it's paid with public funds, it should be open source.
- dylan604 7y agoOr, if you're a resident of NJ, then how about a no-money-exchange deal. I'll do the work, but I won't owe state taxes for the 2020 year. Win-win
