Joking aside, I'm surprised that members of Congress have even allowed to trade on the markets, given how much inside information they know.
- ericd 6y agoYeah, seems pretty obvious that they should at least be required to do the same sort of advance scheduling of trades that execs are.
- dlbucci 6y agoI think it's actually worse than that: I think they are specifically allowed to do more insider trading than the average US citizen. I could be wrong though, I just heard that once upon a time.
