  Feinstein, one of the co-sponsors of this bill, has a pretty good track record of going against anything which could give power to the people rather than the government, including guns. Now, that didn't stop her from being one of the only people in San Francisco with a concealed carry permit (up until 2012)... laws for thee, but not for me.
