I used Elm in 0.18. I actively campaigned for its use. After 0.19, I actively campaign against it. Back when I chose Elm, ReasonML and ReasonReact was not around. That is what I would choose instead now. I am currently stuck with an Elm 0.18 app that I'll need to convert to React or bucklescript-tea. Elm's leadership and as a result the community around it is super arrogant and toxic.
