Say I go to the jitsi website (https://meet.jit.si/ https://meet.jit.si/), type in my four word passcode, and get a conference connection with my teacher. When you say, "instead of doing..." doesn't apply to me, because I don't do anything. It sounds like what you are describing is what the developer of that web page needs to do, but me, as a user, doesn't see any of that.
