Be careful with all that baking, there's a reason bakers get fat in old age!
- ghaff 7y agoI've been finding I actually need to pace the baking. Otherwise, I'd end up with way too many carbs in the house.
- post_break 7y agoI’ve been tracking my weight, stopped eating crap just because it’s there, I’m down 2.5 lbs after 5 days and I’m actually sleeping better.
