I wouldn't call myself an expert but tech facilitates business (value for society captured by an organisation) and I see many product or tech oriented founders losing sight the life blood of a company: money and time where time > money. So I don't think it is about a set of information/processes as it is a mindset to set aside the ego that wants beautiful code and be ruthlessly effective
