Doesn't the FaceID uses machine learning to "learn" from your face (ie. when having beard)? If not, I'm really disappointed as a vivid iPhone 6s user.
- skavi 7y agoa beard develops over time. FaceID adapts to this kind of gradual change. An immediate change like putting a mask requires that you set up an alternative appearance in the settings in order to be recognized by FaceID.
