I don't know how many times it needs to be said. An entity has the inherent right to control what is on it's own property. Full stop gentlemen.

    Tradition and law both disagree with you. Perhaps it should be the way you say, but it isn't now and never has been.

      Is the NYT responsible for its content? Why isn't YouTube a publisher now rather than a protected platform? Why couldn't the NYT justify itself as a platform instead of a publisher if YouTube is a platform?
