Because many of our users access our systems using embedded browsers in EnterpriseTM Software, we have to support IE8. B2B can mean you're locked in to supporting things you otherwise wouldn't. IE8 support adds significant cost and effort, but because of our customer profiles, we must maintain it. Our leadership understands the issues and is working to change the situation, but the inertia in this field can be astoundingly hard to overcome.
