Market share != revenue share.
- jfkebwjsbx 7y agoExactly. In fact, for some domains, supporting IE11 can mean losing money. There is the technical cost, but also the support cost which tends to be higher.
- reaperducer 7y agoMarket share != revenue share. This can certainly be true. The amount of revenue my company generates from IE11 users is at least an order of magnitude more than its Chrome, Firefox, and Safari users combined.
