- netsharc 6y agoI guess it's for India's 1%, which is still 13 million people, more than e.g Netherlands, Belgium, or Sweden. I wish I can find an article I read about income inequality there, which described India as something like some percentage of rich people, and the rest being extreme poverty with not a lot of middle class.
- kobiguru 6y agoThe number of mobile phone users and content consumers are very large (way above 50% ) of the country.
- mohammadhasan7 6y agoYes and continually growing as well. The number of internet users and online content consumers has also increased massively.
- mohammadhasan7 6y agoThe market is actually much bigger. We're targeting each and every user looking for social validation, so to speak. Shoutout requests are fairly common for celebrities and influencers and we're looking to monetise this.
- mohammadhasan7 6y agoMy co-founder, Divyanshu is a social media influencer. He's been getting requests about shoutouts since he began doing this, which led us to this idea. The sheer number of celebrities and influencers we've on boarded in a such a small time also helped us in strengthening the idea as they all were on board with this without much effort.
