I have been very impressed with ordering online at Target. Many items that my local grocery store did not have were able to be shipped to me in 2 days. I hope maybe this can help with your situation, at least as far as non-perishable food is concerned. (They do have warnings on every product now about potentially being out of stock, but so far, they've been able to fulfill every order I've made.)
