FWIW anecdotally, I notice my resting HR is often elevated any time I'm sick, or even hungover.
- GordonS 6y agoSame here - cold, flu, infection, and yes, hangover. I always assumed it was the same for everyone, but apparently not everyone has an elevated heart rate when hung over - or perhaps they just don't notice it as much.
