I live in Campbell, which is surrounded by San Jose on three sides and Los Gatos is to the south. I've seen abandoned scooters downtown San Jose and along Lite Rail stops. And yes, off and on when I visited San Francisco. Granted it seems to have calmed down the past year or so but 2 years ago I was seeing what folks were complaining about on other social media.
