Hi Peter. I'm from Brazil and I've recently finished my Master's in the US and have been working in CS under opt for the last 6 months.
My company missed the H1-b deadline. Do I have any other options / anything else they could still do this year besides applying for the stem extension?
- proberts 6y agoOther than a STEM extension, your options would be an O-1 or green card application (in a category where there is no backlog).
