For a non-American who gets a bachelors degree in the U.S., what are the best paths for starting your own company in the U.S. if you don't want to raise venture capital?
- proberts 7y agoIf an E-2 is available, then probably the E-2 or O-1 - after you have taken advantage of OPT to build up your company. If you have other founders/owners that diffuse the ownership and control, then there could be other options such as the H-1B or a country-specific visa.
