Of course, if the guy just goes Software as a Service in the first place, the IP laws are moot.
- davidw 16y agoUnless one of his employees walks out with the source code and starts a rival firm. Granted, it takes a lot more than that to be in business, but the IP laws give you some protection against things like that.
