Decisiveness, make a decision and go. Don't waste energy by trying to collect tons of information that just wastes resources and time.
- rtheunissen 7y agoThat I can trust decisiveness. Just because someone can make a decision quickly doesn't mean that they're usually right. Those combined = a great senior engineer.
- romanovcode 7y agoUntil the feature stakeholders see it and say you completely missed the point of the required features and you have to re-do your work.
