Omni has a great product (products, really) but not launching them as a SaaS was a big mistake. Hopefully, not all is lost and they can still do this. Also, they need to embrace freemium model when it comes to project management like Bitrix24, Trello and Asana have done. That's why they are undisputed leaders right now.
