Nescafé and Methylphenidate (prescribed, of course) are your friend.
- robotkad 16y agoTrue, but when used at the same time they are a nightmare. Methylphenidate has a pretty severe crash (at higher dosages) and caffeine makes it much much worse.
- dawson 16y agoYou're quite right. In fact, I avoid all caffeine (even Tea) when taking it. Had some nasty crashes on Concerta.
