No disrespect, but (not knowing how long you have been at MS) dont you think that thought-flow between companies is good for overall technological progression?

No disrespect, but (not knowing how long you have been at MS) dont you think that thought-flow between companies is good for overall technological progression? Whilst your reasoning for staying put are surely sound for you, is your comment that, because of those reasons, your staying put makes sense - or that it is your opinion that MS is better than all the options, for anyone?
