I hear you, and I've had similar feelings. I certainly don't want to profit from someone's tragedy, but I feel a little better knowing I was already in the market before this virus came along. At the end of the day, somebody is going to rent them a place and I feel like I am one of the better people to do that. From my experience as a tenant, I think I can be a better landlord than someone whose only source of income is other people's rent.
