Would it be illegal for Amazon’s competitors to extend job offers to those who are at risk of being fired for going on strike? (If the fear is being fired as retaliation)
- therealcamino 7y agoThe aim of the law is to prevent employers from blocking unionization. Your hypothetical might prevent harm to specific individuals who were fired, but it wouldn't achieve the overall goal of protecting the right to organize. Instead it would rid the employer of the organizers, which is what the employer wants.
