I'm really excited by the availability of the helpdesk feature. It will help our FOSS project reduce the number of mailing lists we have (such as the security@ or some other public-facing lists).
- sytse 7y agoAwesome! Getting your support emails converted into issues so you can work on them as a team tends to make it much clearer who is handling what.
