So to me fish is meat.phonypc 7y agoCauliflower steaks being a thing throws a wrench in this reasoning.Libeste 7y agoSteaks are cut across the grain of the muscle as opposed to fillets which are cut along the grain. Tuna just happens to be large enough that you can do that.
