Before I flag this: The advice put forward on that page is debunked crap, linking it to real studies doesn't make it any more real. The tonic water / quinine one for example correctly identified that it doesn't make sense and is potentially dangerous. Stop sharing this. Edit: just realized that's your own site OP. Please, please reflect on what you want to achieve with it and if this misleading advice is really doing anybody any good.
