- HellDunkel 7y agook i may be completly off here but focusing on counting Covit-19 test positives seems rather useless- what we should be focusing on is context. lots of work to be done here. start by comparing deaths with similar cause (flue) from same timespan last year. or even simpler: look at recovered cases. Also: the effects caused by actions by goverments will be barely visible.
